Manifest is your city's group chat, powered by AI. We connect you with your local community through location-based posts, real-time chat, and Mani, our AI assistant that helps you discover what's happening around you.

Account Registration

To use Manifest, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

When using Manifest, you agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Share sexually explicit or violent content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Spam, advertise without authorization, or send unsolicited messages

AI Features and Mani

Manifest includes AI-powered features, including Mani, our AI assistant. When using these features:

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
You should not rely on AI responses for critical decisions
Mani provides information based on publicly available content and user posts
We are not responsible for actions you take based on AI-generated content

Premium Features and Payments

Manifest offers premium features through paid subscriptions:

Promoted Posts ($10/week): Boost your post's visibility in your local area
Business Pro ($100/month): Unlimited promotions, verified badge, and business analytics

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

Location Services

Manifest uses your location to connect you with nearby content and users. By enabling location services, you consent to us collecting and using your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location sharing in your device settings, but this may limit some features.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Manifest, including account verification, notifications, and messages from Mani. Standard messaging rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Intellectual Property

Manifest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Manifest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Disclaimers

Manifest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for:

Content posted by users
Actions or conduct of other users
Accuracy of AI-generated content
Third-party services linked to or integrated with Manifest

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
