<p>Bytes &#x26; Pixels is a Munich-based tech company building Labeless - a mobile app that helps consumers make healthier food choices by scanning product barcodes for nutritional insights. We are looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth through data-driven acquisition campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads and Web2App funnels. If you are passionate about mobile growth, love working with data, and want to make a real impact at a fast-moving startup, we would love to hear from you.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook &#x26; Instagram), with a focus on improving ROAS and lowering CPA</p> <p>- Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs</p> <p>- Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g. skincare vertical) to expand our user base</p> <p>- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations</p> <p>- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team</p> <p>- Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC)</p> <p>- Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment</p> <p>- Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager)</p> <p>- Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar)</p> <p>- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs</p> <p>- Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages</p> <p>- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment</p> <p>- Fluent in English; German is a plus</p> <p>- Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup</p> <h2>
