<p>Most performance marketers optimize someone else's machine.</p> <p>This role is different. You're not inheriting a setup — you're building one from scratch, across multiple brands, with real ownership and direct access to the founders.</p> <p>We're TheFamily Group — a house of brands for families, from baby to teenage years. Double-digit million revenue, strong growth, and a clear ambition: to become the company behind Europe's most loved kids &#x26; family brands.</p> <p>We've outgrown agency setups. Now we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a specialist, and wants to build something they're proud of.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok)</li> <li>Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences</li> <li>Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives</li> <li>Set up and improve tracking &#x26; attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4)</li> <li>Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action</li> <li>Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC</li> <li>Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C</li> <li>Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search &#x26; Shopping)— this is your core craft (must-have)</li> <li>Analytical mindset: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses</li> <li>Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization</li> <li>No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Shopify experience</li> <li>TikTok Ads</li> <li>Attribution and tracking setup know-how</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Full ownership over something that actually matters</li> <li>Direct collaboration with the founders — short paths, real decisions</li> <li>Fast learning curve across multiple brands and audiences</li> <li>A
