AI Fellowship (Freelance / Project-based) - Pluz Technologies GmbH [Remote] — Mu

We transform frontlines. At Pluz, we build AI systems that operate where work actually happens: in sales, in service, and in technical operations. To do this, we increasingly work with external builders. Not in a classic freelance setup, but as a tight network of people who actually want to get things done.

We bring all of this together in the Pluz Fellowship.

Tasks

As a Fellow, you work with us on real client projects. No demos, no slides, but systems that go live and are actually used. You take ownership of specific workstreams or parts of projects and collaborate closely with our team as well as with clients.

It’s not just about building individual components, but about understanding entire systems from problem structure to technical implementation to integration into existing processes. We bring the projects, the client access, and the structure. You bring the technical depth and the drive to execute things properly.

You don’t need to do any outreach. No pitching, no pipeline stress. The focus is on execution.

Requirements

We are not looking for generalists or beginners. The fellowship is aimed at experienced builders who have repeatedly shown that they can take complex systems from idea to production.

You have a strong technical background, typically in computer science, data science, or a similar field, and combine this with a clear understanding of business and growth. You don’t think in models or features, but in working systems and measurable impact.

You have already worked with modern AI technologies and know how to turn them into robust, scalable solutions. This is not just about experimenting with models, but about integrating them into real processes, systems, and organizations.

At the same time, you bring a strong sense of ownership. You work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
